The simplest way to know if this space is for you: if you generally wear a size XL or above, you are welcome here. We kindly ask that thin allies sit this one out to help preserve this as a space rooted in fat liberation and collective care.

We create this space so fat folks can move, breathe, and connect without fear of judgment, comparison, or harm – something still far too rare in wellness spaces.

This class is for Babes only: women, femmes, nonbinary, and gender-expansive folks. In other words, cis-men are not invited to participate in this event.
